In the January News:

  • Feel the need to improve or repair your memory? CHV will unveil the Stronger Memory Program at an information session in January.
  • Food insecurity was spotlighted in the December District Dialogue: Conversations on Race and Justice in our City. CHV wants the City Council to schedule a hearing on the No Senior Hungry legislation, and we’ve got the addresses for people you can contact.
  • Capitol Hill bakers provided nearly 2,000 holiday cookies, which cookie packagers and deliverers took to CHV members and volunteers.
  • If we get a blanket of snow, CHV is ready can help members who need assistance. We’re also welcoming volunteers who will be paired with members who have difficulty removing snow from their walks.
