If you cannot or do not want to use the web portal or want more information about the COVID-19 vaccine call the DC Call Center at 1-855-363-0333. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. You can also contact 311 which will connect you to the DC Call Center. If you prefer email, contact email@example.com with any vaccine related questions.
We encourage everyone who gets vaccinated to sign up with V-Safe, the CDC Post-Vaccination Health Tracker. They will check in with you daily, then weekly, then monthly for up to one year to assess the effects of the vaccine, will send a reminder for your second dose, and can advise you on whether any side effects you might experience warrant medical attention. This is a public health initiative that will help researchers and the population as a whole. Please consider participating.
