Yes. Capitol Hill Village launched last October. Since then hundreds of services have been performed by volunteers and preferred vendors.

Yes. The boundaries are H NE to M Streets, SE, North and South Capitol Streets to 19th Streets, SE and NE.

· you are an individual whose income is $40,000 or less.
· you are a household (two or more) whose income is $50,000 or less.
Capitol Hill Village has a limited amount of foundation funding and individual contributions in the Steven C. Rogers Memorial Fund to help.
