Certified Emergency Response Training

SERVE DC/The Mayor’s Office on Volunteerism: will provide a training in community disaster preparedness and safety. This service is provided by SERVE DC/The Mayor’s Office on volunteerism. The purpose is to engage everyone in the safe cities movement and insure all individuals who live, work or assemble in the city of Washington, DC are trained to respond if needed. Disaster Preparedness and Safety Training Disaster preparedness and safety training program equips citizens with the basic skills necessary to prepare and protect themselves, their families, community and on the job during emergency situations and disasters. The CDPST program is four (4) hours of training, presented in three sessions, based on the following training units:

CHV members and volunteers
Reservations required, 7 places taken, 18 available.
