This Wellness Cafe will provide techniques and practice on how to fall without breaking
bones or hurting yourself. There are many techniques that you can use to break your
fall to prevent injury to arms and wrists. Participants will practice safe falling
techniques as well as learning techniques to get up from a fall. Bring your yoga
mat if you have one.
