So what is Pure Barre and why? Pure Barre is a set of core exercises, that uses small movements of specific muscle groups, with stretches between each group, that strengthens core muscles. Some seniors use Barre classes as an effective way to recover from injuries or prevent them. This is a great opportunity to try out Pure Barre paced a bit slower for seniors. There is potential to have this be a regular senior-friendly class, if there is enough interest.
